Privacy Policy

This is a plain-language summary of how Bedside Blitz handles your data while our full policy is finalized. It reflects what the product actually does today.

What we collect

If you create an account: your email address (used for passwordless login codes) and your public leaderboard name, plus an optional training level. If you play — with or without an account — we store your gameplay results: answers, confidence choices, timing, and scores. Guests are identified by a random cookie so a finished case can be reviewed and claimed later the same day.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your data, run third-party advertising, or show your email to other players. Your leaderboard name is the only thing other players see.

Where it lives

Data is stored with our infrastructure providers (currently Supabase) and used only to run the game: daily scoring, leaderboards, streaks, and the login email itself.

Your choices

You can play without an account. If you want your account gone, email us and we’ll permanently delete your identity, scores, streak, and history — in-app deletion is on the way. Daily case reminders are strictly opt-in and separate from anything promotional.
